Hello. I'm Jon Boyken, a special education teacher at Highland Park Senior High. I have been teaching in St. Paul Schools for the past 27 years. This is my six year at Highland Park. I was previously at Linwood Arts Plus Upper for 12 years. I did both my undergraduate and graduate work at the University of St. Thomas. Before working in Special Education, I was a science teacher at American Indian and World Cultures Magnet Schools.
This year I will be co-teaching Integrated Math I with Mr. Martin. I will also be teaching Skills for College Readiness classes, an Integrated Math Standards 1 class and an Integrated Math Standards 2 class. Information can be accessed on your child's schoology page as well.
