¡Hola!
Welcome to Spanish class! I am happy you are here! I began teaching Spanish in 1992, after graduating from St. Olaf College with degrees in Spanish and Hispanic Studies and Education. I earned my Master's Degree in Urban Education from Hamline University in 2002 and am also licensed to teach Reading. This is my 33rd year of teaching and I continue to love what I do. I am the parent of two former HPSH students and am proud to be a part of this community as both a teacher and a mom!
It is my goal to help students learn and grow as language learners and to share my enthusiasm and expertise with them. Focused fun, academic authenticity and relevant application of what we study are my areas of focus for the year.
