Students begin preparation for the IB Diploma Program by taking Accelerated classes in grades 9 and 10. These Accelerated courses help to develop andrefine higher level thinking skills, writing techniques and oral communications. Accelerated courses are required for some IB courses.  The MYP personal project is an excellent way to explore research and writing on a personal level, which will prepare you for the Extended Essay done during 11th-12th years.

Sophomore interviews take place in February.  Sign up in the CCRC for a time to talk to C Landreau and other counselors about your IB Diploma/Honors plans.
